Use for configuring hyperlink and images in home page

Enter below parameters:
banner_hyperlink - input the URL (e.g. https://www.healthyd.com)
banner_image - input the URL of image (e.g. http://dev.healthyd.com/uploads/media/2016/06/healthyd_top_banner.jpg)
*** System only recognize it when both fields are filled. If only one field is filled, system will use default material for both URL and image
