訓練不足?又講返轉頭,當去到一定水平,訓練量亦相應提升,咁點算呢?其實又關訓練不足事。Scapular Dyskinesis好簡單地講,就係上斜方肌(Upper Trapezius)與前鋸肌(Serratus Anterior)之間嘅不平衡。後者嘅耐力、力量又或者反應差過前者,令到肩胛骨移動時失去平衡。其中最容易被忽視嘅,就係耐力。因為好多時大家訓練到肌肉識郁,或者舉到幾重,成件事就完結。但事實係,你數數喺一課訓練入面,游水嘅你,膞頭用力轉左幾多個圈?所以,處理訓練量好重要;但一個完善嘅肌力及體能訓練,亦都好重要:‧連續訓練時間會否太長?‧每日訓練或比賽次數會否太多?‧預防性訓練有否以運動為本,例如包括耐力、力量、爆炸力Reference:1.
