9. 體能欠佳者指導下可進行很多朋友關心HIIT能否用於初學者/體能欠佳者。事實上,外國不少醫院已引入HIIT 作為心臟病康復者的復康計劃一部份。一般是以跑步/單車進行(80-90%最大心跳,並非全力衝刺),會有專業醫療人員在旁監察。此外,也有不少研究是找來靜態癡肥人士作HIIT,得出的結果大都正面。根據這些研究結果推論,在得到合適的專人指導和符合循序漸進原則下,體能欠佳者理論上也可作 HIIT的。但對於一些沒有專人監督的朋友,現實中往往會過於急進練習,在訓練量過大和休息不足的情況下容易造成受傷。10. 可加進訓練計劃HIIT是否值得吹捧?當今科學界HIIT 權威 Prof. Martin Gibala曾經說過:「HIIT is not for EVERYONE. But it a viable option for MANY of us.」即是說,世上並沒有任何必然有效和適合所有人的運動。但對不少人(e.g.工作忙碌/喜歡追求刺激)來說,HIIT確是一個可行的alternative,把它考慮加進個人的訓練計劃入面並無不妥。當然,如果你還是有保留的話,作其他種類運動也無妨,這是個人選擇。以上是筆者這數年來研究HIIT的分享,篇幅所限,如有不盡之處敬請諒解。持平客觀地認識科研事實,是對運動專業的追求。下面這些是近年在著名國際科學期刊刊登的 HIIT 文章,想更深入研究的讀者不妨參考: • Currie, K.
