【Important reminder for persons arrived at Hong Kong】 According to the Government compulsory testing notice currently in force, you are required to undergo mandatory PCR-based testing by professional swab sampling for COVID-19 today, that is on [date]. Please make sure you will go within today to a Community Testing Centre (CTC)/ community testing station (CTS), ad-hoc mobile specimen collection station or arrange a self-paid test by professional swab sampling at a local medical institution recognised by the Government. To receive a free test in CTC or CTS, you need to make advance booking for testing at a testing site and time slot suitable to you through the online booking system (
booking.communitytest.gov.hk/form/index.jsp) or using the Testing Registration QR code in the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application for registration on site at CTC/CTS or ad-hoc mobile specimen collection station. You will need to present the Notification of Medical Surveillance and must register for the test using the identity document number as stated on the Notification of Medical Surveillance. Please ignore this message if you have been issued an isolation order or quarantine order due to having been diagnosed or in contact with confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection after arrival at Hong Kong.

If the tropical cyclone signal No. 3 or above is hoisted, or a red/black rainstorm warning signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force at any time of today, you can choose to undergo the specified test either today or tomorrow depending on opening hours of testing sites.
If you are not required to undergo the Day 2 PCR test because you are a registered participant of an eligible inbound tour group, you still have to comply with other requirements in the compulsory testing notice.
